Due to continuous movements, especially shifting body weight from one leg to another, Tai Chi delivers countless benefits, including increased strength, conditioning, balance, coordination, flexibility, stamina, range of motion, bone density, joint lubrication, mind/body connection; and more confidence, peace of mind thru-out the day, improved sleep at night. Note that this is the oldest original Chen-Style Tai Chi, taught by traditional instruction, where each student learns at their own pace and builds up their knowledge bit-by-bit.
