  • Museum: Participate in a self-guided Museum scavenger hunt themed for the harvest season! Take a historic recipe home with you.

  • General Store: Visit the General store and learn about the origin of spices and trade routes. Take your turn grinding nutmeg!

  • Stephens House: Tour a house built in 1838 and hear the tale of Sarah Josepha Hale’s role in the Thanksgiving holiday.

  • Christopher House: Discover “new” foods native to the Americas. Sample cornbread with apple butter.

  • Basketmakers House: Taste sweet potato and apples cooked in a Dutch oven.

  • Guyon-Lake Tysen House: Watch a reflector oven cook meat by an open hearth fire.
