IT’S BEGINNING TO LOOK A LOT LIKE WINTER RECESS

NYC Parks’ Urban Park Rangers Offer Free School Recess Fun for Kids Across the City

New York City kids are out of school, and NYC Parks has plenty of fun activities to keep them busy. Join us for FREE “Kids Week” programming across the five boroughs with indoor and outdoor events to be led by Parks’ Urban Park Rangers.

“The excitement of the holiday season does not have to end when the gifts are all unwrapped. We urge kids to unwrap the gifts of nature with Parks’ Urban Park Rangers,” said NYC Parks Commissioner Mitchell J. Silver, FAICP. “During the winter break, students have an opportunity to learn fun and exciting skills, unlike anything they experience in their regular classrooms.”
