Tai Chi moves your body, relaxes your spirit, and clears your mind of everything else. Each 75-minute class begins with standing Tai Chi exercises; then you’ll learn and practice the original Chen-style Tai Chi long form. Each student learns at their own pace and builds up their knowledge and skill bit-by-bit.
