This Friday, June 15th is the highly anticipated Red Baraat! Red Baraat is an eight-piece band from Brooklyn that brings a global blend of Funk, Dance Grooves, and South-Asian Bhangra. After Red Baraat this Friday, Court Yard Fridays continues on June 22nd with Papo Vázquez. The UTA All-StarsMi, hailing from the Universal Temple of the Arts, the headline on June 29th, closing out the series. Court Yard Fridays is a pilot project of the Future Culture initiative by Homer Jackson, Lynn Washington, and Kevin Washington. Staten Island Arts and the Design Trust for Public Space launched Future Culture to foster community connections and shape a vision for culture on the North Shore of Staten Island.
